3. Purchases.

By making such purchase, you agree to pay all charges (including applicable taxes and/or S&H charges) incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

b. Right of Refusal. Yaga's Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to refuse, delay or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, inaccurate card information and/or contact information of the person who has placed the order and/or is the primary cardholder.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
